*DETAILS to Submit an Idea for a Vision Painter Artwork:

Thank you for sharing your manifestation vision! We love hearing your ideas-  please read the following terms carefully before submitting.

By submitting your idea, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Guarantee of Creation – Submission of an idea does not guarantee that it will be used, developed, or turned into artwork. The final decision on all artwork creation remains solely with Vision Painter Art.

2. Representative Interpretations – If an artwork is inspired by your submission, it may be a representative version rather than an exact depiction of your idea. The creative interpretation and final design will be at the artist’s discretion.

3. No Rights to Artwork – All copyrights, reproduction rights, and ownership of any artwork created remain exclusively with the artist.

4. First Purchase Opportunity – If an original artwork based on your idea is created and offered for sale, you will have the first opportunity to purchase it before it is made available to the public. This opportunity is time-sensitive and will be communicated directly to you through the email you provide here.

5. Availability for Prints & Products – If an original artwork is created, it may be available as prints, home décor, gifts, and other merchandise, which are available to anyone- including you!  :-)

6. Waiver of Rights & Marketing Use – By submitting your idea, you waive any and all rights to the content you submit. You agree that your idea may be used, adapted, produced, marketed and sold by Vision Painter Art | Stefanie Fox in any promotional materials, social media, or other forms of marketing without compensation or credit.

By submitting your idea, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit an idea.
